Broker/Owner of the Year Award - Multi-office

On February 13th, RE/MAX of Western Canada honoured Allan Fox with the prestigious 2009 Broker/Owner of the Year Award for a RE/MAX multi-office.
"This individual is a veteran of over 30 years in the real estate industry. He joined RE/MAX as a sales associate in 1990 and became a partner in the franchise in 2002. In early 2007 he became the sole owner of the franchise and since then has been able to put his own stamp on the operation. While battling with a number of issues and competition he has managed to bring the franchise back to being the dominant force in the market. Living by example and setting a high standard for himself, he instils the same in those that work with him. Whether it's dealing with a pressing issue or mentoring a new sales associate, he gives his full attention to the task at hand.
He's been known to unexpectedly surprise his staff with flowers or tokens of appreciation and reward any special event helpers with drinks and snacks; always with a friendly smile and a kind word. In his administrator's words, he's the best boss anyone could ask for.
On a regional level we recognize the great job he's doing and the difference he has made.
