Hi there, My name is Chad Senft and let me tell you about the person you are about to work with! I have been a licensed realtor in the province of Alberta for 2 1/2 years and I love it! It is such a rewarding career, not only monetarily, but in many aspects! There is nothing like seeing the joy on peoples faces when they find their dream home! Another example would be when working with first time home buyers, and they receive their first set of keys to their very own home! It is hard not to get emotional!

I have two beautiful children (Anthony 7 years old and Alexis (daddys girl) 3 years old). They are my pride and joy! I make family one of my top priorities in my life!
I grew up in Southern Alberta and have lived here my whole life! Mostly in Lethbridge, a few years in Claresholm and Pincher Creek! I love southern Alberta; what a fantastic place to live! I now reside outside of Lethbridge in Coaldale.
As a real estate associate, I specifically enjoy working the market between Lethbridge and Taber - including Coaldale! As I currently focus my energy on residential resale, in the future I would very much like to link up with a builder and learn more about selling new homes and become a specialist in that area!
